Global Game Jam is a global initiative launched 13 years ago in the US to have game makers come up with a prototype of a game within a continuous 48 hours in a weekend

My main role is to organise the event inline with the rest of the world at the same time. This includes creating flyers, posters, role cards, coach the jammers or even participate with them with any needed roles.
