DESIGN BRIEF
The basic idea is to create a label, balanced between the identity of the brand and a mythical understanding of alcohol (as it is an Indian brand, mythology is a unique way to illustrate the Indian identity of the brand). I have taken inspiration from some elements of Indian mythology, wherein the alcohol is discussed, and have tried to bring it on in a minimal way of illustration . The label has been carefully crafted to identify with the rawness the brand celebrates.
About the Brand
White Rhino Brewing Co., India's first craft brewery, was founded in 2016 with the aim of bringing both quality and variety to the Indian beer market. Our team travelled the length and breadth of the country looking for the right home for our brewery before eventually settling on Malanpur in the very heart of India and a few hours from New Delhi. Malanpur falls in the Chambal Region, known for its unique and unusual topography and also for the bandits that once held sway there!
Here’s what excites us about the latest in Indian craft beers – White Rhino Brewing Co. Three years ago, we became a part of their story. The client shared with us, their intentions of crafting a wide range of eclectic brews. A rare taste that’s hard to find anywhere else, just like its namesake. They asked us to communicate their vision to reality and we instantly agreed!
