The Green Party of Canada is a Canadian federal political party. The sunflower is the official symbol adopted by not only the Green Party of Canada, but of green parties worldwide.The new stylized sunflower is softer and rounder to represent the more humanistic qualities of the party while the flower itself is also given a sense of motion. On one level it relates to wind power and sustainability while the other relates to the growing, constant motion of the party itself.
