TELUS' login screen needed an update. One of the things that was identified is too much information, as well as improving the hierarchy to direct the user. A new approach (compared with the current view) will help you visualize the changes. 

The registration page was streamlined, removing information that slowed the users input. Previously the users could only create an account with their account number (not phone number). This created alot of failed registrations. We were able to use the following information collected at registration to identify the users. 

The current create a new password shows the required info (item 3) below at the beginning. Removing it from the initial view allows the user to just start typing without wasting time. As the user types, the required information is ticked off. Required information is given when it is necessary, to guide the user. 

The retrieve username section was streamlined to create an efficient user experience. This was done by removing unecessary text.
