My task was to design the enclosure for electronic components. Many versions of the product with different internal components were created. The dimensions and location of the components influenced to the solutions for connecting of the housing parts. In the development process, several prototypes were created & tested. Prototypes were first printed on a 3d printer, and then cast using polyurethane. The correct characteristics of polyurethane (viscosity, shore A type, colors, degree of transparency etc.) were found experimentally. The final version of the prototype was successfully tested under water.
