Our first week on Project Venus, we had a 2-day journey mapping session. Using months of user research and aligning with development requirements, we walked a day in the shoes of our future members. This was a great kick off exercise to first, introduce our creative team to the bigger project team, and secondly to ground ourselves in what our purpose was, who our members were and what we needed to deliver.

 

After the session I created a PDF journey map to send off and inspire us along the way. Below you will see the printed version we got produced to keep in the project War Room.
