I illustrated "Battle for the Cosmos - Rise of the Dark One" for Caleb Rigsby, a west Texas Author. It was challenging and very satisfying to receive the honor of illustrating a book!

"A Picture is woth a thousand words. I never understood that saying until I saw the drawings of Ben Raigoza. I knew he had talent from the time we taught together but never to the extent that he has shown in this project. I am indebted to heim fo rhis excellent translation of my words into art. He has truly made this book a special piece of work. I hope his pictures are able to exude the strength, evil, heavenly, and dark aspects of the characters. I want the Images to come to your mind every time they come into the story."

War between the Light and Darkness is spilling into ordinary life. From a dark prison, the Dark One uses the innate weaknesses of the populations of the cosmos to corrupt and destroy the inner light of all beings. Darkness is not foolish. It knows how to spread war, disease, and misery across the cosmos; to weaken the resolve of people and turn them against the Light. A millennia of war between the two forces has shaken the cosmos to the edge of destruction as the Light grows weaker and millions die. Written by Caleb Rigsby.
