Projekt Bôrik, Bratislava
Earlier this year, we developed this project in Bratislava. It was a whitebox where the bathroom was already in place, so we had to figure out the best way to arrange the project around this room. Originally, the kitchen outlets were located where the bedroom is now, which was a bit illogical, so we had to move them to the other side. The apartment is intended for rent, so we aimed to create the most comfortable living space possible. In the end, we managed to ensure that there is plenty of storage space, a large living room with a kitchen where one can spend time with friends, and additionally, there is also a spacious work area in case one works from home.
