PROJECT NAME: Post-processing of scanned materials.
OBJECTIVE: Develop and test different workflows for post-processing scanned materials.
SOFTWARE USED: ArtEngine / Substance Sampler / Photoshop / Marmoset Toolbag.
The samples were taken using Metis and Vizoo PBR scanners. The workflows involved converting them into seamless PBR textures using software such as Unity ArtEngine, Substance Sampler, or Photoshop.
The materials included various types of fabrics with and without transparency, leather, vinyl, concrete, and wood. The biggest challenge was to achieve a perfect seamless effect without losing details and consistency in the overall material.
