THE LIQUOR BOYS - LIQUOR CITY, HAD NEVER HAD AN AD AGENCY IN THEIR 20 YEARS OF EXISTENCE. OGILVY (BA) WAS APPROACHED, AND WE GRABBED THE OPPORTUNITY WITH BOTH HANDS. THEY CLEARLY HAD A SENSE OF HUMOUR AND A SENSE OF ADVENTURE - THIS MADE OUR JOB EASY - WE WANT TO BE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN "TOPS AT SPAR" AND "NANDO'S". BLANK CANVAS, CHECK. WILLING CLIENT, CHECK. AMPED CREATIVE DEPARTMENT, CHECK. WE LOOKED AT THEIR BRAND, THEIR BROADSHEETS, THEIR ADVERTISING - ATL, OOH AND BTL, AS WELL AS NATIONAL PROMOS - BELOW ARE A FEW EXAMPLES.
