Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin’s six element pairing with Hoshun Sushi Kaiseki Restaurant. This collaboration comes with omakase food pairing menu which goes with each of the elements which makes Ki No Bi gin.
The design encompasses around Japanese elements together with repeated patterns of leaf which then designed into a flower pattern. Minimal yet carries the identity of both brands.

This placement mat was designed according to the six elements pairing. With nosing glasses being placed on top of each description, diners are able to have six nosing glasses served and placed at the same time for comparison purpose. Menu booklet goes in more in depth as to explaining the difference in each bottle and also as a menu with pricing for diner’s consideration.
Food menu booklet was designed in a separate booklet, to guide diner’s on pairing sequence as well as for them to bring home for keepsake purpose.
