For various reasons, very rarely i do styleframes or art direction for a commercial work. One of them its my vision is radically different and more risky then the client perspective, brand guidelines and "safe" usual style. Other reason is that im damn too stubborn to compromise between my proposal and clients idea or marketing direction. So i prefer much more to art direct and do styleframe studies on my own personal projects and ideas. Also im a terrible salesman to pitch them out to a client. :-)

This was part of the proposal for a mobile telecom company, the challenge was a complete new visual approach and makeover of a existing project where the hired director was unpleased by the resulting ad and looking to breathe a new life into the project. Unfortunately all my proposals were not in sync with the client vision and they went for a very different look, that i also quite liked, added to be working with a talented team of artists and under the wing of a cool creative lead and production company. Still, i really had lots of joy into creating and trying to achieve something out of the comfort zone of the brand.
For the tools i used a combination of After Effects native tools, VideoCopilot Orb, Trapcode Particular, Photoshop and Fractal Softwares.
