Based on the interviews/workshop I set up two personas. I referred to them throughout the entire product development process.


Affinity mapping
Throughout my ideation process, I used sticky notes repeatedly to organize my thoughts. I used sticky notes in mapping potential user flows, user journey maps, and in my competitive analysis.

Take-aways
I learned a lot especially during the empathy phase when I had to keep aside preconceived notions and uncover the real unspoken needs to truly resonate with the users. During the interview phase also when I spoke to our potential users, people that are not really in the design world, I had to keep myself clear and avoid using complicated or confusing words and make sure any bias did not get along the way.
