2D animation inspired by "Avatar: The Last Airbender".

We started by animating the roughs, in this case the skeleton of the character, performing the planed action. At this stage we did most of the key frames, breakdowns and inbetweening, as well as setting the timing and feel of the action.

Then we proceded to do the tie down of the animation, cleaning the lines and showing the character design more clearly.

After that we coloured and shaded the character. All this was done directly in TVPaint.

The element bending and background were painted in Photoshop.

All this assests were then imported onto an After Effects composition, and then we used Adobe Premiere Pro to add music, sound and the looping action, as well as our studio's animated logo.
