Crepes Bar
Parlamento is a Bogota-based restaurant that offers crafted crepes inspired by global gastronomy. According to its owners, Bogota has no experience in tasting crepes beyond the traditional Crepes & Waffles, so they want to create a concept that can take out the dish to the streets for a broader and younger audience.
While designing the brand, we wanted to create a “secret society” concept, the name PARLAMENTO (ENG: Parlament) gave us the starter point to craft a story of royalty: A benevolent King Crepe and chambers of members that pursue the fulfillment of the maximum law: To chill and eat great food.
The logo is the King Crepe himself and we use the crown through all the deliverables and touchpoints for the brand. Parlamento promotes the fast-casual food concept, a ready-to-eat crepe that suits gatherings, parties, and friends (members) meetings. We managed, through design to convey this idea with the packaging, the storytelling, and the brand itself. Parlamento shines for its simplicity and mystery around, and its great flavor.
