Executed customer discovery, product design, software development, deployment and implementation of technology piloted for the 2020 LA County Homeless Count Demographic Survey, with the goal of improving speed and coverage of data collection of surveyors and count coordinators. 

Results: 

 - Significant decrease in time taken for survey teams to canvas each assigned census tract (efficiency of teams) 
 - Increase in data quality by reducing number of surveys conducted outside of sampled census tracts, and improving quality of location data.
