I’m launching a design crowdsourcing campaign to bring my skincare brand, banuskin, to life!

banuskin was one of 8 brands to be accepted into the 2024 Sephora Accelerate program and we’re all hands on deck preparing for our launch in 2025.

If you’re a talented packaging or branding designer with experience working with CPG brands (preferably in the beauty space, though not required), please see below for an overview of what we’re looking for. This opportunity may ultimately lead to a full-time design position with the brand if there’s a right fit.

Please note: we will be offering a fixed rate for the below assignment. If we decide to move forward with one of your designs we will work out a new scope of work.

Assignment: Put together 3 distinctly different packaging designs for 2 SKUs (both primary and secondary components).

Packaging must include:

• Logo
• Color palette with up to 5 colors

We’ll provide you with:

• Brand moodboard
• Brand overview, positioning, and point of differentiation
• Primary component mock-ups for 2 different SKUs
