We are seeking talented Architects to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Freelance Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our international real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and project goals.

- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

- Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to assess project feasibility and requirements.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Provide expertise and guidance on architectural best practices and design principles.

- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture.

- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with experience in real estate development.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Blender and other relevant software.

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
