This is a remote, full-time position for 

Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Republica Dominicana

What you will do:

Design effective and visually appealing user interfaces for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.

Develop and maintain a consistent and scalable design system that ensures visual consistency across all applications and platforms.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user interface design.

Stay abreast of design trends and best practices in the enterprise software and SaaS industry.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing user interfaces for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.

Profound knowledge of design tools such as Figma

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas and effective design solutions.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across all design aspects.

Previous experience in designing design systems and reusable components is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (preferred).

Fluent English
