So, basically, my client need an icon of a deli case. With specification an icon with less than 3 or 4 colors.

So, This one is the very first design i made. Very boxy and still empty

After sending the first design,

Since the deli case icon look too boxy, my client tell me that he need further specification, 

It should be longer and a little bit curvy in the bottom of the case to give it a design.

And also contained some foods.

So, i revised the icon, and here it is.

And after sending the revised icon, 

He loves it, especially the additional curve,

But it still need a little bit revision. The revised icon looks like a bakery case, so he ask to put another meaty-food inside the case and change the container's colours. And also put four legible sign in front of the containers to make it real.

 

So here it is, the final version of the deli-case icon :)
