Back in 2016, we had the opportunity of working on the rebranding of PotencyBar, a bartender service company based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At the time, the founder wanted a competitive communication, after diagnosing the lack of traction on the market. After 2 years, and a continuous growth, they decided to invest again on the improvement of its communication and services with our help.
In 2019, they'll turn 10 and will have many plans for the anniversary year. For that, they started revisiting the company’s communication proposal. With a much broader understanding of its consumers and control over the brand’s reputation in the marketplace, we reshaped the strategy created two years earlier. What should be improved? What should be removed? And what should we keep?

The first diagnosed point-and major change was the "bar" removal in its logo. After almost 10 years of existence, the brand is already cherished in the industry, people already know the name, so we decided to use this to our advantage. Removing the word "bar" from the signature allows greater flexibility for the organization's offerings - which was the founder requirement, who is planning to add more service proposals next year.
The color of the mark, red, has been transferred to the bar that holds the letter "O". This bar symbolizes the bar counter, the support, the stand. So we extended its use to the rest of communication. Mixed with typography it highlights and facilitates brand recognition by consumers—no one needs to see the logo anymore.
