All India PaGaLGuY Meet

The All India PaGaLGuY Meet is an annual event organised by the folks at Pagalguy.com - the largest MBA website in India.
As the in-house designer in the company I was asked to design a Tee Shirt for the participants of the event and an outdoor banner to be placed in the event venue.
The Idea
The 4,00,000 member strong Pagalguy community is composed of MBA aspirants from different parts of India. The event aims to bring together all these people and I thought the design should portray this. At first the idea was to create faces resembling people from different parts of India in their traditional dresses but somehow that idea lacked a punch needed for a Tee Shirt design, besides it seemed so general and something that has been attempted a lot of times before. So instead of using faces of people we decided to dress up our company mascot/logo 'Monsieur Green' affectionately called MG in traditional attires from different parts of India.
Constraints
Due to budget constraints a maximum of only 8 colors were allowed in the design. Unfortunately this was conveyed by the printers after the final design was done and the designs had to be tweaked a bit in the last minute.
The TeeShirt design was a hit. All the copies of the Tee Shirt were taken.
