Persona Development
One of the first modules I had as part of my Masters programme in IIT Bombay was User Studies. In this course the entire class was divided into groups of 3 and were asked to conduct interviews of shopkeepers and customers. Each one had to come up with a persona at the end of the course and this was mine.
