Slavic Mythology part I

Swaróg (possibly Swarożyc, Kuj) - the blacksmith god, possibly he created the sun, thunder and weapons for other gods.
Świętowit (Jasz, Jessa, Piorun, Perun) - god of thunder and storm, god of light, also god of war.
Łado (Swarożyc) - god of law, fire, sun and war (according to Jan Długosz, for the first time mentioned by Lucas from Great Kozmin). Alexander Brückner on the other hand thought that Swarożyc and Swaróg are the same god.
Marzanna - the goddess of life and death, water and winter. Skulls and cold colors symbolizes death and winter, the water is a symbol of life. She is connected with other gods (for example she holds the key that opens the door to afterlife and different seasons - she opens the fall and winter but then she hands the key to Jessa (Jasz) so he can open the spring and summertime on earth.
Nyja - the god of the underworld and wealth.
Duch Gór (The Mountain Spirit), also Karkonosz, Liczyrzepa - he is the legendary lord of Karkonosze mountains, he is responsible for the weather and atmospheric phenomenons in mountains, so he is often considered as the helper of travellers but if travellers anger him then there can be very dangerous since his wrath is unpredictable. J.R.R. Tolkien's Gandalf was based on The Mountain Spirit.
Lel and Polel - the legendary twin brothers, heroes and maybe half-gods. They were known for their supernatural strenght and bravery but also for their love to partying and drinking after battles.
