Concept Responsive Brand Identity & User Experience Design
Typography II Course, Cornish College of the Arts

Urban Craft Uprising is the largest craft indie fair in the Northwest. With high quality handcrafted items sold by over 150 vendors, I chose to rebrand UCU by ensuring there logo and identity showed the quality of craft and originality that goes in to there curated and specially chosen vendors for the event each year.

For a Typography 3 course at Cornish College of the Arts, we were asked to create a website for a Northwest event and rebrand there event's identity. I chose to create a parallax scrolling website for UCU, and chose to highlight their Winter Show for 2014 with a festive color palette.

I also chose to use Klinic Slab and Source Sans Pro for my event identity's typeface which would be used all cross there brands to ensure cohesiveness throughout.

To add the brand's narrative imagery, I also shot the photos and designed and developed a mini photoshoot scene utilizing elements outside and also in a constructed environment. The entire process was quite hands-on and I learned a lot about exploring and experimenting throughout my design process.
