CLOTHING PLAYS A FAIRY TALE ABOUT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Sometimes the terms diversity and inclusion almost seem like a new marketing ploy by companies. For example, we have someone of color in our advertisements, or a transgender person works in our company, look how diverse we are! But how diverse and inclusive will we be in 2023? We want to explore these issues in a visual and experimental way. The process and the experiment are central to this and we want to be guided by that. We do the research in ourselves and our thresholds, but also in our environment. Dressing up is about looking for ways to break down social boxes and create new rules within the fashion industry. About creating a movement, an experimental and visual path to inclusiveness and creative freedom.
