We have developed a global standard design to strengthen customer communication messages at SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS' global retail shops in over 60 countries.
In order to encourage customers to purchase and increase confidence in purchasing based on SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS
' global consumer survey, 'Simple & Clear', a corporate image of SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS
, was set as a design concept, eliminating additional design elements, emphasizing only key elements of each product line-up, and developing a contextual design. To help consumers experience the product directly and intuitively experience the brand at retail stores, we have also proposed efficient POSM solutions in QLED, Lifestyle TV Line-Up, and AV Line-Up product configurations, as well as information delivery consistent with the deployment and essentials.
